VP of Education:      Liz Soldwish-Zoole,  M.Ed., CSC, NCC, RN, ECBA  is in the process of transitioning into a new career.  In her time as a paralegal, an RN Administrator, teacher, Home Health Trainer, Field Staff Coordinator, School Nurse, and School Counselor, she has gathered requirements, analyzed needs, developed processes and procedures, and engaged in strategic planning - all without ever knowing she was actually a BA

VP of Administration: Russell Kirby, CBAP started his career in business analysis and application development in 1998.  During his career, Russ has held hybrid, specialist and cross-functional business analysis roles with companies such as PeopleSoft, masterCard and Enterprise Holdings.   Russ was certified by the IIBA as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) in November of 2015.

VP of Marketing: Bhanu Immidisetti, CBAP, PMP is the Business Analyst Team Lead at Citibank leading and managing regulatory requirements efforts for the mortgage division. Previously, Bhanu has been involved with mortgage/software systems implementations at US Bank and Fannie Mae.  He has over 13 years of experience in the Financial/IT industry with the majority of experience in banking and financial institutions.  His background includes engineering, enterprise analysis, software design, development & implementations, resource management, and project management.  Bhanu has been certified with IIBA as a CBAP since July 2009, and certified with PMI as a PMP since July 2013.

VP of Membership: Kim Schrey is a Senior Analyst, Systems Analysis at MasterCard. She has over six years in communications in the financial/IT industry and over 10 years in web development and design. She has extensive experience teaching. Her background also includes vendor management, process improvement, resource management, business entrepreneurship, data analysis, and professional development. She passionately supports Project Rescue, Jewels for God, and other efforts to remove people from human trafficking situations. Kim has a love for learning and trying new things.

VP of Sponsorship: Sandy Moser is a Senior Business Analyst with Ferguson Consulting Company.  She has led multiple business analysis efforts for her client, Charter Communications, since December 2014.  Prior to joining Ferguson, Sandy worked for Anheuser-Busch (A-B), later Anheuser-Busch InBev, for 20 years as a certified quality analyst, business analyst, project manager, developer, tester, application support manager, compliance specialist, and information security analyst. Prior to A-B, Sandy worked in Chicago, Illinois, as a consultant at Amoco Technology Center. She was a technical writer, JAD facilitator for software development and process re-engineering efforts, and an engineering specification writer. Sandy has a Masters in Education and enjoys using her teaching skills as a tutoring volunteer with the Immigrant & Refugee Women’s Program (IRWP).  She looks forward to meeting and building rewarding relationships with new and existing sponsors.

VP of Communication: Clifford W. Hayes II has worked as a Business Analyst at JM Family Enterprises for 3 years with responsibilities including, new system design, requirements gathering, system support, system acceptance testing, user acceptance testing, workflow enhancement, and training.  Cliff also serves as the relationship liaison for many differnt vendor partners and clients.  Prior to joining JM Family as a Business Analyst, Cliff worked for 5 years in JM Family Enterprises Subsidiary Company, World Omni Financial Services LLC as a Collections Team Lead, and leter as a Recovery Collector.  Cliff has a Masters in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.

VP of Technology: Heather Studer is a Business Relationship Manager working for the World Omni Financial Corporation PMO for JM Family Enterprises, Inc.   Heather has 19 years of experience with JM Family in various business and ITS roles including multiple roles in the business analysis field leading up to the Supervisor of Business Analyst team.  In her current role as Business Relationship Manager, she works as a liaison between business leaders and technology services to ensure successful strategic partnering towards common business goals.
