IIBA St. Louis Chapter - 2018 Board of Directors

President: Trent Soldwish-Zoole, CBAP is the current Chapter President. He has served the organization on the BOD and various committees since 2010.

Trent is an IT Manager at Charter Communications where he enjoys contributing to successful process improvements in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Release Management. As he has in past roles, his responsibilities include the practice of Organizational Change and the establishment of Product and Application Life-Cycle Management principles modeled after the BABoK. Trent's 25 years of business and project experience have taken him from his start as a Systems Engineer leading a development team in a manufacturing environment (and holding a patent as the lead inventor) through the telecommunications and financial services industries. Prior to his role at Charter, he has worked in the St. Louis area with Rabo Agrifinance, A.G.Edwards/Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Keefe Group, SBC/AT&T, and Amdocs, as well as consulting nationally with Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint.

For those of you who have met Trent at an IIBA event, attended one of his BA courses, or worked with him on a project, you may agree that he is sociable, gregarious, and a dynamic speaker, eager to listen and collaborate on new ideas and initiatives.

VP of Administration (President-Elect): Russ Kirby, CBAP  started his career in business analysis and application development in 1998.  During his career, Russ has held hybrid, specialist and cross-functional business analysis roles with companies such as PeopleSoft, MasterCard, and Enterprise Holdings. He is currently a Senior IT Business Analyst (Field Operations Lead) at Charter Communications. Russ was certified by the IIBA as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) in November of 2015.

VP of Education: Liz Soldwish-Zoole, M.Ed., CSC, NCC, RN, ECBA is in the process of transitioning into a new career. In her time as a paralegal, an RN Administrator, teacher, Home Health Trainer, Field Staff Coordinator, School Nurse, and School Counselor, she has gathered requirements, analyzed needs, developed processes and procedures, and engaged in strategic planning - all without ever realizing she was actually a BA.

VP of Professional Development: Fritz St. Clair, PMP has over twenty years of in-depth business analysis/product owner experience within the financial services industry. His experience leading and implementing solutions spans front-end trading applications, mid-tier support systems, and back-end solutions. Fritz has an MBA from Washington University and has been certified with PMI as a PMP since September 2005.

VP of Marketing and Communication: Bhanu Immidisetti, CBAP, PMP is a consultant at FICO leading and implementing originations systems at various financial institutions in the United States and Canada. Previously, Bhanu has been involved with mortgage/software systems implementations at US Bank, Fannie Mae and Citi. He has over 13 years of experience in the Financial/IT industry with the majority of experience in banking and financial institutions. His background includes engineering, enterprise analysis, software design, development & implementations, resource management, and project management. Bhanu has been certified with IIBA as a CBAP since July 2009, and certified with PMI as a PMP since July 2013.

VP of Sponsorship: Dave Lucido, PMI-ACP, ICP-ATF, ICAgile Certified Professional has been been a Business Analyst for more than ten years, and in IT for more than twenty. His experience is in finance, manufacturing, and telecommunications and has worked with payroll, personnel, and labor systems using multiple methodologies.

On a personal level, he enjoys spending time with his wife, his grown daughter and two grown sons, his chocolate lab Lola, and a very interesting grey cat called Nermal, as well as flying drones.

VP of Technology: Becky Zoole Nelson attended the 2016 BADD but had to put her involvement with the IIBA to the side when her husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and required full time care. She is now returning to the business world. Becky has spent most of her career in retail business analysis, database management, and website development. She started in IT almost thirty years ago managing an online bulletin board for a nonprofit. She likes keeping her skills up to date with UMSL CETC classes, collecting multiple Chancellor's Certificates in website development and design, among others.



Treasurer: Siu Chu, CBAP, LSSGB, MFN  came from a retail banking and insurance underwriting background, eventually business analysis and systems testing. Siu was certified by the IIBA as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) in March of 2016.
