About the Presenters: Dr. Michael Durbin
Dr. Michael Durbin is a Senior Consultant with Daugherty Systems and the past Chapter President of the International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA) in St. Louis. Michael was a former adjunct professor at the John Cook School of Business where he taught both Project Management and System Analysis & Design. He is a full-time PM/BA in the business community and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA), and Certified ScrumMaster
