IIBA St. Louis Chapter Governance In order to conduct Chapter business and serve members, the St. Louis Chapter is governed by a Board of Directors which is charged with upholding the chapter's bylaws. Each Board member is elected by a member majority vote, and generally serve two year terms. These terms are staggered so that not all Board members are up for election at one time.
