Trust: 10 Tools To Maximize Competence, Honesty, Integrity, and Benevolence with Robert Snyder
Trust is the currency of teamwork and a vital culture trait. But trust can be complex, and the word itself harbors ambiguity. This session discusses four dimensions of trust – competence, honesty, dependability, and benevolence – and presents ten templates to govern and monitor trust.
• Competence: templates related to customer insights, people, process, and technology.
• Honesty: templates related to current state, performance feedback, and lessons learned.
• Dependability: templates related to status, workload balancing, and crisis resolution.
• Benevolence: templates related to role boundaries, listening, and change management.
During the session, participants can react to what the speaker presents, talk through some examples, and share their own ideas.
Robert Snyder is the founder and president of Innovation Elegance, LLC. His thirty-year career spans roles such as developer, project management, change management, sales enablement, and the performing arts. His career path includes corporate roles, consulting roles, startups, PMP, and Agile certifications. He’s performed in numerous vocal, dance, and theater ensembles. Robert earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Park in Lot N, walk up the hill going south on West Drive. Parking on West Drive is also open after 5 pm.

To avoid stairs/hills, park in the West Drive Garage (WDGS on the map), go north past the library and enter SSB. Take the elevator down to the 1st floor. Walk through the length of SSB to Express Scripts Hall and out the other side to the courtyard in front of Anheuser Busch Hall.
