'Be the BA that Mr. T was for The A Team' with John Clopton, Author of 'What Do Scrum Masters Do All Day?'

John Clopton originally went to art school with aspirations of becoming a comic book artist. Unfortunately, he burned out. A year later, armed with a new major, and university, he landed in film school. That didn't take either.

John spent the following summer learning how to make websites at his part-time university job. That experience landed him an entry-level job in tech as a front end engineer. During that time, he was introduced to a strange way of working called "Agile Software Development," and everything clicked. After 22 years in tech, he now spends his days coaching folks in the ways of Lean and Agile like Mr. Miyagi did for Daniel.
