BAs as Leaders with Tom Pohlman, AVP of Business Analysis, Safety National
Business Analysts have a unique role in an organization – a role that bridges across many disciplines and reaches various stakeholders – a role with knowledge, experience and skills in many areas.
A BA has to see across an organization and understand how a specific business desire fits into the current landscape of applications and processes.
A BA has to engage stakeholders with questions, concerns and ideas – often convincing people to take a new path.
A BA has to communicate solutions to many different personalities and get agreement from them.
Are BAs leaders? You bet they are!
Zoom Chapter Meeting Room will open at 5:45 pm, meeting will begin at 6:00.
See you then!
