This Evening's Presentation is:
What's Your Story? User Story, Acceptance Criteria, and Story Splitting Techniques
with Michelle Green CBAP
As organizations are moving toward more agile ways of working, the topic of value is moving to the forefront of discussions, and user stories are one of the keyways in which value should be defined, but one of the least typically attended to clearly.
With old habits of "system shall" type requirements, the what is still at the forefront of the mind and not the why so much.
In this class you'll be taken through the basic and more advanced techniques of user story, acceptance criteria and story splitting to allow you to be more affective Business Analysts for your Product Owners and teams concentrating on value-based delivery and definition methods.
Michelle Green, a prior IIBA ST LOUIS Chapter President, is a Sr. Agile Coach for JM Family Enterprises and the IIBA Global Mentoring Program Lead.
After many years as an Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, then a Project PM/BA Process Manager, she found her love of working with teams from a learning perspective was her "happy place" and being a part of helping teams and the enterprise grow and mature in the Agile space was a perfect fit.
Michelle considers every coaching day a journey and is enjoying every minute of it.
