RICK ARTHUR, SALESFORCE SOLUTION ARCHITECT, SAFETY NATIONAL
Rick Arthur is the Salesforce Solution Architect at Safety National.  He loves helping users achieve their goals by building software solutions. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and is a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Identity & Access Management Designer. Rick starred in a Salesforce Reality TV Show (Legends of Low Code). He loves hiking and traveling.
 
 
 
 
HALEY BECKER, MANAGER - EDI DATA INTEGRATION, SAFETY NATIONAL
Haley joined Safety National in February of 2023, where she has guided the development of a low-code solution for the data management and administration. Prior to that, she was the Director of Analytics for the Midwest Health Initiative. Haley holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a doctorate in Social Work with a concentration in International Public Health from George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Haley is a data and project management professional with over a decade of experience dismantling complex issues into understandable deliverables, using a hands-on approach focused on team leadership and relationship-building.
 
 
HANNAH GEAR, ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, REVENUE OPTIMIZATION, SAFETY NATIONAL
Hannah has spent the last 15 years in the insurance industry and has a cross-functional background in underwriting, sales, marketing, and operations. Her diversity of experience and big-picture mindset is how she became involved in building out applications. Salesforce is where she got her start, and her passion is unlocking the technical, operational, and institutional blockers to achieve strategic growth goals. She is a proponent of citizen development and putting simple configuration assignments into the hands of tech-savvy business stakeholders. Hannah has a Business Analytics certificate from Penn State, an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University, a B.A. in Psychology from Covenant College, and is a proud member of the RevOps Coop and Business Architecture Guild.
 

SURYA VISHNUBHOTLA, ENGINEERING MANAGER, SAFETY NATIONAL
Surya Vishnubhotla is a passionate seeker, mostly seeking meaning and purpose to the source code embedded within the hardware entity we call Human Body. Passionate about art, foundational understanding of human spirit. Working as an  “Engineering Manager” at Safety National, which incidentally is his undercover identity. Actual Identity is as yet “Unknown”; waiting for AI (Artificial Intelligence) to evolve into AW (Artificial Wisdom) to get suitable clues.
